STUD SERVICE CONTRACT

AND GUARANTEES
 

We, Von Schneider German Shepherd Working Dog Kennel, hereafter referred to as "Stud Owner"

1) All breeding fee must be paid prior to breeding.

2) Must provide proof of brucellosis test negative on all females dogs prior to breeding.

3) Stud Owner guarantee one live puppy per Natural breeding. Or one repeat natural breeding to the same female dog originally bred Named above.

4) Owner of bitch must contact Stud Owner immediately after acknowledgement of bred bitch not conceiving a litter.

5) If repeat breeding is owed, do to no live puppies. Then the breeder must send the bitch to Stud owners for repeat the breeding at the bitches very next heat cycle. Or no later then one year from date of original breeding. Also absolutely no refunds or substituted female dogs for replacement breeding.

6) Any females staying longer then three days at the Stud Owners during breeding will be charged a boarding fee of $15.00 a day starting after the third day of arrival at the Von Schneider German Shepherd Working Dog Kennel.

7) Stud Owner has the right to take the bitch to veterinary if and as required during her stay for breeding. The owner of the bitch named above agrees to pay for all vet bill for her during the stay if and as required.

8) Buyer agrees to pay a $50.00 fee each way too and from airport if required.

9) If buyer requires shipped semen. Buyer agrees to pay for collection and shipping of semen. Also must give two weeks minimum notice of date semen will be required. So arrangements can be coordinated with our vet in advance.

10) Each collection of shipped semen may only be used for one breeding. Each collection will required a new stud fee plus collecting and shipping fee.
