SALES CONTRACT

AND

GUARANTEES OF PURCHASE

We, Von Schneider German Shepherd Working Dog Kennel, hereafter referred to as "Seller" is selling to _____________________________ Hereafter referred to as "Buyer" Of Registered German Shepherd.

1) Buyer may with within 72 hours of receiving the German Shepherd into his or her possession, return the German Shepherd to seller in the same condition delivered, without question. Buyer will be subject to a restock fee of 25% of the German Shepherd purchased price. The cost and related expenses of returning the German Shepherd to seller's place of kennel shall be buyer's sole obligation. If the buyer decides not to take delivery of the German Shepherd after paying for it. The 25% restock fee still applies as a nonrefundable deposit.

2) Seller guarantees the German Shepherd purchased is registered with AKC, USA (SV).  Seller guarantees the German Shepherd purchased has been OFA certified and or A Stamp for hip dysplasia free.

3) Seller guarantees the German Shepherd purchased has a KKL 1 for Life.

4) Seller guarantee at time of purchase. The German Shepherd will be free from disease and deformity.

5) Seller will provide the Buyer with the German Shepherd purchased Score Book and all required papers.

6) Purchaser accepts full responsibility of any and all dogs purchased from Von Schneider German shepherd Kennel. From the time they take possession of dog purchased. And won't hold Von Schneider German Shepherd Kennel or any Von Schneider German Shepherd Kennel associates liable for any unfortunate accidents, bites or mishaps while dog is in purchaser possession care.
