SALES CONTRACT AND GUARANTEES OF PUPPY PURCHASE
We, Von Schneider German Shepherd Working Dog Kennel, hereafter referred to as "Seller" is selling to _____________________________ Hereafter referred to as "Buyer" Of AKC Registered Puppy. 1) Seller must have 25% of price of purchase for puppy to assure buyer a puppy from a certain litter. Buyer must be aware that if the deposit is for a puppy not yet born it is possible that there may not be one available due to circumstances beyond the seller's control. i.e. female did not conceive, not enough puppies born, not the correct puppy sex available, The seller will notify buyer when it is known that a required puppy is not available. The buyer may have a option to leave the deposit for our next available litter or a 95% refund of deposit would be sent back to buyer immediately. 2) Buyer may with within 72 hours of receiving the puppy into his or her possession, return the puppy to seller in the same condition delivered, without question. Buyer will be subject to a restock fee of 25% of the puppies purchased price. The cost and related expenses of returning the puppy to seller's place of kennel shall be buyer's sole obligation. If the buyer decides not to take delivery of puppy. The restock fee still applies as a nonrefundable deposit. 3) Seller guarantees puppy purchased is registered with AKC. A limited AKC registration will be provided at time of sale. Seller will give the buyer full AKC registration only after buyer sends proof of SV A Stamp or OFA certified registration numbers for hips and elbows being dysplasia free. A) Limited Registration, means that any offspring that the puppy purchased may have produced, will not be AKC registerable. B) Full Registration, means that all the offspring from puppy purchased would be eligible to be AKC registered as long as the mate used also has full AKC registration. 4) Buyer understands that all puppy's will be registered with the seller's kennel name. 5) Seller guarantee at time of purchase. The puppy will be free from disease and deformity. 6) Seller guarantees purchased puppy against crippling dysphasia by the age of 2 years. Buyer must send x-rays of purchased puppy to (OFA) Orthopedic Foundation For Animals When the puppy is 2 years of age or this guarantee will be voided. Buyer must provide proof from (OFA) Orthopedic Foundation For Animals stating the dog has crippling dysplasia No later then the purchased puppy is 2 1/4 years of age. If the dog does have crippling dysplasia the buyer Must provide a notarized letter from their veterinary identifying the tattoo number of purchased puppy and stating the dog has been spaded or neutered on date completed along with veterinary's Name and signature Must provide proof of all these requirement to seller before the dog is 2 1/4 years of age or the guarantee for crippling dysplasia will be voided. Buyer must also understand that this guarantee will be voided if the buyer has the puppy pen hipped or the joints palpated prior to hip certification with the SV of OFA. per guarantee above.
8) All guarantees for puppies will be voided immediately if for any reason the original purchaser of puppy sale's or transfer ownership of puppy purchased from Von Schneider German Shepherd working dog kennel. All Von Schneider German Shepherds Working dog kennel's Guarantees and or warrantees are non transferable for any reason.
